T. Carroll Justice,           President

 Almost 50 years ago T. Carroll Justice started the company which provided the area with top quality service in auto replacement glass.  Through the years it has evolved into a full service glass company offering the same quality service to customers in the entire tri-state area. Though near retirement, he prefers to work remaining a viable part of the company.

David M. Justice,       Vice President                                      Operations Manager

 T. Carroll Justice’s son, David, joined the company after graduating from Marshall University in 1981.  As the current operations manager he handles virtually every facet of the business.  He continues the tradition of quality service with strong ties to the community.

Susan has been with the company since 1998. Her education includes a BA in Communications from Western Kentucky University.  She also serves as General Manager for the Justice Shamrock Glass shops in both Ashland and Prestonsburg.

Richard B. Drown,  Company Representative                                      Replacement Windows

Richard joined the company after taking early retirement from International Nickle Co. ten years ago.  His knowledge of the construction trade has lent itself well to serving those customers needing replacement windows.
